Twilight Summer Series

The Gooromon Park Twilight Summer Series has been running since 2007, two dressage evenings and two jumping evenings forms the series which is held on Monday evenings during Canberra’s summer months of February and March. An overall Champion Rug is presented to the overall series Champion, Dressage Champion and Jumping Champion and all riders receive participation ribbons.

The recent twilight series at Gooromon Park was a wonderful experience and something I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of. First of all I would like to say a big thank you to all of the Gooromon Park team for holding the event and major sponsor Horseland for my lovely rug. Not only was the event well organised and held in a way that was suitable for all levels of experience, it was also fun and relaxed. The overall atmosphere of the events made the series a perfect opportunity for nervous competitors such as myself to experience competition as something enjoyable. I would also like to add that the Judges involved in the 4 evenings were all exceptionally helpful and the opportunity to receive feedback from each of them was invaluable.
