Agisment Options

Agistment – Basic, Full Care, Casual

Gooromon Park offers a limited number of places to clients committed to learning & developing their horse skills.

Agistment at Gooromon Park is dependent on having a riding lesson with our highly qualified riding instructors once a week, either on your horse or on a Gooromon Park Horse. This is a prerequisite to having agistment at Gooromon Park. Lessons can be private or group and organised through reception at a regularly scheduled time weekly.

Riding School Hours

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – riding school hours are 4pm till 8pm. Gooromon Park’s arenas are prepared daily and riding school horses are brought through arenas from their paddocks between 12pm – 4pm. Please see riding school staff if you wish to use facilities during this time.

Friday - riding school hours are from 8am through to 7pm but lessons are only in one arena and are staggered throughout the day. Arenas are prepared for Saturday on Friday so if you wish to use the facilities please let riding school staff know and we can tell you on the day what time it will be free.

Saturday - the arenas are being prepared and the riding school horses are being brought through arenas from 7am and lessons are held through till 4.30pm.

Competitions and Adult Riding Days will be advertised well in advance.

Facilities should be vacated by 10pm each night.
